Community Home Support Programs

Uniting AgeWell is offering all existing clients an exciting incentive to refer a friend to Uniting AgeWell.

From 1 December 2017 to 30 June 2018, all existing Uniting AgeWell clients who refer a friend for Home Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme or fee-paying community services with Uniting AgeWell will receive a $50 Coles Myer gift card.*

This is a wonderful way for clients to show their friends how Uniting AgeWell can support them to live well with choice, independence and peace of mind.
