Hobart AgeWell Centre is your go-to space for feeling good and staying connected, with social support focused on independence and keeping you active and engaged in your community.

Visiting us
Anyone is welcome to join our Social Connections program.
Subsidies and greater clinical care may be available for people who:
- are aged 65 years and over
- are aged 50 years and are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- have carers who require respite
- live alone and are assessed as being at risk of social isolation or depression
- have an assessed health concern that requires rehabilitation or restorative assistance.
To access subsidised services, you’ll need to be registered, assessed and referred by My Aged Care. No referral is required for clients who are self-funded.
