Our fully-equipped gym is specifically designed for older people, whether you want to join a group exercise class or be guided by one of our allied health professionals.
Home Care office
If it’s time to consider getting a little extra help at home, pop into our on-site home care office for information and advice. We can also help you navigate My Aged Care to check your eligibility for our services.

Visiting us
Anyone is welcome to join our Allied Health and Social Connections program.
Subsidies and greater clinical care may be available for people who:
- are aged 65 years and over
- are aged 50 years and are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- have carers who require respite
- live alone and are assessed as being at risk of social isolation or depression
- have an assessed health concern that requires rehabilitation or restorative assistance.
To access subsidised services, you’ll need to be registered, assessed and referred by My Aged Care. No referral is required for clients who are self-funded.
