Most Trusted Brand Home Care Vic/Tas for second consecutive year

Home and Community

Uniting AgeWell is proud to have once again been voted by Australian consumers as the Most Trusted Brand in the highly competitive Home Care Vic/Tas category in the 2026 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey.

This marks the second year in a row Uniting AgeWell has received this recognition, which is based on independent consumer feedback.

The results of the survey are a reflection of everyday Australian’s perspectives on a variety of brands, products and services.  The resulting awards identify brands that consistently inspire confidence and loyalty in its respondents.

Representing Uniting AgeWell at the awards presentation in Sydney were Sherry-Ann Bailey, Acting Chief Operating Officer – Home Care and Community Services and Natalie Dillon, Director, Marketing & Communications.

While many of the recognised brands have a national or global presence, Uniting AgeWell has proven that strong local connections and the delivery of consistently high quality services are also critical factors in building enduring trust.

CEO Andrew Kinnersly said customers are at the heart of everything Uniting AgeWell does.

“The thousands of interactions our staff experience each and every day are also moments to build trust and genuine connection in the care and services we provide,” he said.

“I am extremely proud that our staff continue to take these opportunities to strengthen the reputation of Uniting AgeWell as a provider our customers and their families can trust.”

Uniting AgeWell extends its thanks to Reader’s Digest and to the many consumers and their families who support our approach to care.
