Pop in to experience magic!
Now’s your opportunity to experience the magic that happens when mates get together in a well-stocked tool shed and carve out wooden artefacts and friendships.
The Men’s Shed at the Hawthorn AgeWell Centre is holding an open day on Friday 11 October from 11am - 3pm and all are welcome to attend.
It will include a shed tour, machinery demonstrations and the obligatory sausage sizzle, and the opportunity to see the incredible work the clients have produced.
There will also be a short video of the other activities on at the AgeWell Centre - art classes and high-tech work produced by the technology group who are rapidly becoming whizzes with iPads, laptops and of course at producing videos.
