Uniting AgeWell Community Hub in Burwood East is officially opening and we’re excited to invite you to visit and join in the free activities and information sessions on offer.
Find out how we can support your independence, health and wellbeing:
- Visit our specialised AgeWell Gym designed for seniors
- Attend a group wellness class, including Tai Chi and Yoga exhibition classes
- Participate in an information session, including home care services, falls prevention and AgeWell Active
- Chat to our team of allied health and home care professionals
- Get help to navigate My Aged Care
There will be free barista coffee and light snacks available and a chance to win a free 3-month AgeWell Gym membership!
And Golden Days Radio will broadcast live from the event.

Community Hub Burwood East
The Community Hubs offer a fully accessible health and wellbeing experience with a gym, rehabilitation space, allied health and wellness group rooms and a dedicated community and education area. Uniting AgeWell’s Support at Home teams are also located at the Community Hubs making it easier for you to connect to the information, advice and services you may need to help maintain your independence and wellbeing, such as help at home, carer respite and support or social connections programs.
