The ownership of Latvian Community was transferred to Uniting AgeWell in June 2025. Originally established and operated by the Latvian Friendly Society, the home proudly retains its deep community connections, traditions and rich history.

- All residents are issued with a pendant that will connect them with the residential site in the event of an emergency 24/
- Access to allied health services is also available on site
- Doctor home visits
- Uniting AgeWell Home Care support including cleaning, personal care, ironing and shopping may be provided, if requested. These services are available on a fee-for-service basis, or through a Federal Government-funded Home Care Package
- If you are caring for a partner, respite and social support options are also available at the adjoining Uniting AgeWell Latvian Community
- When the time comes, Uniting AgeWell makes the sometimes difficult process of moving into residential aged care seamless. Priority is given to independent retirement living residents
