Our five Allied Health and Therapy Centres provide a range of restorative services, including allied health services, that can assist you to regain or maintain your strength and resilience, remain socially connected and living independently.
Our services include fast stream rehabilitation and health maintenance programs, special focus groups and health promotion activities, including:
- exercise programs, including unique seniors gyms using HUR equipment
- aids and equipment
- strength and resilience training
- occupational therapy
- podiatry and footcare
- memory support
- falls prevention education
- Parkinson’s information sessions
In addition, the Forest Hill, Noble Park and Oakleigh locations offer fully-equipped seniors gyms using HUR equipment. The specialised exercise equipment is designed for seniors and uses innovative smart technology to give tailored programs and outstanding results.
