Reflections of 2022

Organisational
At the end of another extraordinary year, four words resonate deeply – resilience, care, capability and growth.
For communities across Australia, COVID-19 has been the unavoidable backdrop with its impact keenly felt by older Australians, their families and the aged care sector. Rapidly changing events created a landscape of continual change, sometimes requiring daily adaptations. We needed to lean into the Uniting AgeWell values of kindness, respect, integrity, innovation and inclusion more than ever before. We are proud to say those values burned bright.
And as we look forward to 2023, the future we see and will be striving to achieve, is one where all older people have access to high quality, innovative and safe services delivered with respect and kindness.
Here’s a look back at 2022 and all that we achieved together.
