Celebrating care and connection

Staff stories
On Aged Care Employee Day we’re celebrating the care our staff bring with kindness and respect to our almost 20,000 customers throughout Victoria and Tasmania.
What they do every day is important in connecting customers and residents with the people, places, passions and purpose important to them. We are extremely proud of their commitment to the health, happiness and wellbeing of older people in our communities.
The message from Uniting AgeWell CEO Andrew Kinnersly is heartfelt. ““We are all connected in our purpose to do our best in delivering services with respect and kindness. Our employees are at the heart of Uniting AgeWell. They play an important role in the lives of our customers who rely on them to deliver high quality care and to connect them to the services they need to live and age well.”
