Uniting AgeWell continues to work closely with customers and staff affected by the wide-scale flooding event in Victoria. Our main priority is to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Given the nature and scale of the flood situation, some customers may still be experiencing disruption or changes to their usual services, and we ask for your patience and understanding during this time. While any changes will be communicated directly with customers, if you have any queries or concerns about your services, please contact your local Home Care office – phones have been diverted where required and an after-hours service is operating across all numbers listed below.
