Uniting AgeWell's new Strategic Plan 2022-2026 is our blueprint for the future. With a firm focus on understanding and meeting the needs of our customers, we aim to make it easier for them to access the services they value and want.
Working in partnership with our customers, we are co-designing and creating innovative service options to ensure their experience of ageing is one of choice, control, independence and wellbeing.
Defining our identity
Uniting AgeWell has developed an Identity Statement to publicly recognise and acknowledge the connection between the organisation and the Uniting Church in Australia, and the role aged care plays in the mission of the Church.
The Identity Statement articulates the role of Uniting AgeWell, what it does and how it works within the ethos of the Uniting Church.
The Identity Statement truly reflects our ongoing relationship with the Uniting Church and how important our work is for people as they age.
